2016 GRANT AWARDS
Since its inception in 2000 the Foundation has distributed grants of $70 million.
In November of 2016, under the leadership of a new board, over 40 non-profit leaders were invited to talk to us about their work. We learned a lot about the wide range of talent, programs and services in our communities
In December of 2016, we answered some of the concerns raised in our discussions and granted more than $7.7 million to strengthen our community safety net, largely through general operating support grants
