The HUB, powered by Aunt Bertha, is a free, digital resource directory and referral platform, co-sponsored by Community Mental Health Board of Oak Park Township, Community Memorial Foundation, Healthy Communities Foundation, and River Forest Township. Through The HUB, individuals can search for and find local free and reduced-cost social services and programs. Additionally, nonprofit health and social service providers can efficiently send and receive referrals within a secure closed-loop network.
As The HUB’s footprint in Chicago and western suburban Cook County and southeast DuPage County expands, we seek a Project Manager to guide the implementation of The HUB’s roadmap, designed to strengthen and expand community access to a wide range of health and human services. Our vision is that by using The HUB, local residents and community partners have greater access to community resources, programs and services that help people lead healthy, full, and resilient lives.
The Project Manager role requires a self-directed, highly organized, creative individual who is ready to wear multiple hats. The role includes but is not limited to: managing general HUB communications; coordinating community HUB trainings; running data analytics to drive continuous improvement and decision-making; and providing assistance to HUB users in consult with Aunt Bertha technical support.
