2024-2029 Multi-Year Partners
General Operating Support
About Multi-Year Grantmaking
Our multi-year grantee partners receive renewable general operating support grants over a defined period. This approach reinforces our systems change strategy, prioritizing sustained, flexible funding to enhance organizational resilience, adaptability, and momentum toward health equity in our region. These partnerships involve collaborative learning opportunities co-created with input and expertise from our grantee partners. During the multi-year funding period, grantee partners are not eligible for our open annual grant cycle, allowing full engagement in this long-term partnership.
