On December 4, 2021, we attended our grantee partner Gage Park Latinx Council (GPLXC)‘s premiere screening event of their self-produced documentary series, Fragments of Gage, at Chicago’s Music Box Theater. Against the backdrop of the COVID pandemic and the context of the Gage Park community, the Fragments of Gage video series spotlights the unique stories of the everyday people of Gage Park—from small business owners to street vendors.
